KELOR ISLAND
Flores – Labuan Bajo does have a variety of beautiful islands and stunning underwater world, one of which is Kelor Island. A deserted island that has very soft sand with clear water and beautiful coral reefs, which is Kelor Island. Even though it is uninhabited, this island is quite often visited by visitors as a final stop for snorkeling or just playing on the beach before returning to Labuan Bajo after exploring the Komodo National Park.
To reach Kelor Island, visitors can use a boat from Labuan Bajo which takes about 30 minutes. With its soft and clean sand and very clear water without coral in it, it makes visitors feel at home spending time playing in the water on this island. The underwater scenery when snorkelling is no less beautiful. We can see coral reefs with various colorful and very cute fish around them.
Apart from snorkeling, visitors can also freely do free dives because the waves on this beach are quite calm so that they are not too dangerous for free divers. So for those of you who want to explore Komodo National Park, take the time to stop for a moment on Kelor Island to just enjoy the beauty of the beach and under the sea.
MANJARITE ISLAND
Ever heard of Manjarite Island? This tourist object is a group of islands and beaches in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara. The location of Manjarite Island is very close to Kelor Island. In fact, from Labuan Bajo, Manjarite Island can be reached by boat in less than an hour. Usually, Manjarite Island is visited by tourists who want to enjoy the underwater charm of East Nusa Tenggara. Similar to Kelor Island, Manjarite is also listed as an uninhabited island. Even though you can come at any time, it is recommended to visit from 08.00 to 15.00 WITA. This is done so that you are safer and more comfortable while spending time on Manjarite Island.
Although not as popular as other islands in the Labuan Bajo area, Manjarite Island is often referred to as “One of The Opening Gates”. The reason is because Manjarite Island is the second island visited in the Sailing Komodo series, which is to go around the island using a pinisi boat or boat. The beach on Manjarite Island is relatively calm, so it is perfect for novice divers. Because the water depth ranges from three to eight meters, you can see a variety of marine life from above the surface. If you want to explore further, you can do snorkeling to enjoy the charming underwater world of Manjarite. You can meet a variety of ornamental fish, various colored corals, dory fish, clown fish, rabbitfish, barracuda and angel fish.
If you are satisfied with enjoying the underwater charm of the Manjarite tourist attraction, now is the time for you to relax for a while. Although it is relatively quiet, most visitors to Manjarite Island enjoy playing in the water and sunbathing. You can sit on the beach or lay down while looking at the blue sky. The cool air will make the mind and body fresher. If you are hungry, you can enjoy lunch accompanied by the sound of the waves. Sounds like fun, right? However, while there, make sure you always maintain cleanliness, OK?
For those of you who like to take selfies, Manjarite offers unique Instagramable photo spots, one of which is on the pier. Almost 40 meters long, this pier is made of wood. Even though it looks a little weathered, this actually makes the photos more Instagenic. Even more fun, you can make hills and beaches as a photo background. Guaranteed to make the photos more extraordinary! Besides selfies, you can enjoy the breeze, walk along the pier to the end, or fly a drone to record the beauty of Manjarite Island. Even though the Manjarite pier is connected to the other side of another island that is uninhabited, you can’t enter it without permission because it already belongs to foreigners. No need to be discouraged, because in Manjarite you are free to do various activities until late afternoon.
KALONG ISLAND

This uninhabited island is one of the attractions that is starting to steal the attention of tourists because it has one of the most beautiful sunset views in the Komodo National Park.
Interestingly, you can see thousands of bats flying around to greet the evening sky. When the time shows 18.00 WITA and dusk begins to show its slightly faded orange color, it is time for the bats or bats to come out of their nests. They will fly in large numbers to amaze the tourists. Initially only dozens, but then turned into thousands of bats.
PADAR ISLAND
Padar Island is the third largest island in the Komodo National Park area, after Komodo Island and Rinca Island. Maybe the existence of Padar Island is not as famous as Komodo Island or Rinca Island, but the beauty of Padar Island is no less beautiful than the two islands.
The location of Padar Island tends to be closer to Rinca Island than the distance to Komodo Island and is separated by the Lintah Strait. Padar Island is also accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, because it is in the territory of the Komodo National Park, together with Komodo Island, Rinca Island and Gili Motang. Even though it is within the Komodo National Park area, Padar Island is not inhabited by dragons due to a broken food chain.
Around this island there are also three or four small islands which have their own unique panorama. And on Padar Island there is also a stretch of pink beach which is very suitable for just swimming, playing in the water or having fun snorkeling. Visitors can also climb the hill on Padar Island to enjoy the panoramic beauty from above. The blue sea and the surrounding islands will hypnotize visitors. Even though trekking to the highest hill will feel very tiring, visitors will be presented with panoramic views of the hills and very beautiful views and capturing the moment will be an activity that you will never get tired of during your trekking trip. If you are planning to visit Komodo National Park, try to stop for a while on this island, the serenity and beauty will make you feel at home for long on this island.
